Othello / Reversi - Game Help Objective: - The goal is to have the majority of discs of your color (Black or White) at the end of the game. Basic Rules: 1. Players take turns placing one disc of their color on the board. 2. A move is only valid if it captures at least one of the opponent's discs. 3. Capturing happens when your disc and another of your discs surround a continuous line of opponent discs (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally). 4. All captured discs are flipped to your color immediately after the move. 5. If a player has no valid moves, they must pass their turn. If both players have no moves, the game ends. 6. The game also ends when the board is completely filled. 7. You can use (w a s d) keys to control game. Winning: - At the end of the game, the player with the most discs of their color wins. - If both players have the same number of discs, the game is a draw. Symbols in the game: - '□' = Black disc - '■' = White disc - '.' = Empty square - '+' = Possible move - 'x' = Cursor position Tips: - Try to control the corners; they are the most powerful positions. - Avoid giving your opponent easy access to corners. - Think ahead: sometimes passing is better than making a weak move.
